Shipping & Returns


We are excited that you made your purchase with us, and we are dedicated to getting your ordered items to you as soon as possible.

If your order is placed before 12 noon Pacific Time, your order will be processed and shipped out same day.  If your order is placed afternoon Pacific Time, it will be processed and shipped the following day.  Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped the next business day we are open.  


We currently offer the following shipping options:

USPS First Class Shipping (2-7 business days on average)
USPS Priority Mail Shipping (2-4 business days on average)
FedEx Standard Overnight (1-2 business days)

Note: Pricing is subject to change for shipping methods at any time due to changes in the market rate of shipping. We are not responsible for changes in shipping rates from our shipping providers.


Tracking Your Order

Once an order has been processed for shipment, your tracking number will be available in your order details by logging into your account. In addition, you will receive an email to the email address associated with your account with the updated tracking information.


Returns and Exchanges

All unopened items purchased within the last 30 days qualify for a full refund. 
Please email with your order number and reasoning for return for us to approve your refund. If your order is approved for a refund you will then receive step-by-step instructions with a return label included via email.
